Billing & Refund Policy

SUMMARY: Network Dynamics services are billed either monthly or annually, and payments must be made on time to avoid late fees or account suspension. New customers are eligible for a full refund within the first 15 days of service (domain registrations and transfers are non-refundable). For annual renewals, you have 15 days to request a full refund after the renewal date. Refunds are not available beyond this 15-day period or for additional services. To request a refund, email support@networkdynamics.com with your account details. Our team will review your request promptly.
